The Seal of Prophets, in his holy verse, is saying: Tafakkur sa`atin khayrun min `ibadati saba`in sannah.
To sit down and to think about the realities that you are in, about the realities that are inside of yourself and outside of yourself, is more important then to pray 70 years.
Because that thinking is opening to your endless Power Oceans.
When you have been granted to reach that heavenly Power Oceans, you may get more and more and more, endlessly.
And every time you are getting more, you are looking and seeing the greatness of the Creator.
And you are looking at yourself as so small.
And you are getting smaller and the Creator in your sight, is getting greater and greater.
