Qual è il primo strumento del derviscio?

The first tool of the dervish is truth. You can only be sad if you miss the truth, if you are not doing what you are supposed to do.

The truth is the one door, the king gate.

The position of the king is that he can act, he is obliged to act. The king is always in the position that he can act, that’s why he is a king, he can do.

Therefore we are servants, we cannot always act, and we don’t know always what to do.

The servant can fall, the king never; if the king falls the kingdom falls. When the servant falls not much is happening.

So you must look what you can do. If you don’t do what you can do, then you will be sad. That’s how we hurt ourselves. We act against our truth.

Many times we live in a fata morgana situation. But it’s much simpler, you have to see your own self, you must accept your weaknesses and you also have to understand your strengths. The weaknesses they are limitations; that is the difference between the king and the servant. The king has no limitations, he is absolutely able, he is any moment in power, he cannot be without power.

The king gives the power to you or not. You cannot empower yourself, you live solely by the permission of the king. Not even one single breath you can do by your own will.

But you must understand your limits. So when you are not capable to fulfil your duties, then you must accept that and you need a break.

And do not look in the future, don’t say the future is like this or that, no, remain in time, as closest as you can.

Decide for the now. You can never decide for the future.

The future hurts. If one says: “I will never speak to you any more, nor meet you any more”, that’s not good to say it, we don’t do it. It’s not allowed to say that. You keep it strictly in the now: “For me now this is the end here, but tomorrow who knows”.

So you never bind, trap yourself. You keep yourself in the now.

it’s very important. All the rest hurts.
